There are deadly interactions with a chance for survival, though either way, you might want to be careful when turning on autonomous killing, since your Sim may kill off their own family members. The interactions are graphic, as they do involve blood and gore they leave a hole in the stomach or chest where you stabbing occurred. 
One downside of using this mod is that other Sims will run away from your Sim and be scared when they see your Sim brutally murder another. Some interactions, such as the stabbing, will leave your Sim bloody and needing to be cleaned up, while others, such as ranged shooting, will not leave your Sim bloody but will leave a pool of blood on the floor. There are a few different options for killing Sims. You can shoot Sims, stab them in the gut, or stab them in the chest. You can have your Sim do deadly interactions, or they can do non-deadly interactions where their victim has a chance of surviving.
